A lover of all foods, but I love to cook breads and desserts the most. I'm not afraid to try a new recipe and do it quite often. Only thing I like more than cooking it is eating it :) I almost NEVER follow a recipe to a "T", especially when it comes to cheese and butter - I ALWAYS add more! Hope you all enjoy following me along and finding out what I'm "polishing off".
HELEN
Helen's culinary skills have improved somewhat since melting her mother's prize Le Creuset pot to the hob, and making peppermint creams that were so glutinous they needed bleach to remove them from the worktop. She cooks to unwind, and for the fun of creating something new, as well as being grateful of the excuse to swig a large glass of wine whilst being "creative". Trademark dishes are generally Asian, Spanish, and traditional English. She loves chilli, herbs and spices, and is really crap at doing the dishes afterwards (long nails don't like dishwater).
CHRISTY
I started cooking rather young, imitating my favorite people, my Mom and Grandmother who I called Nanny, by making multi course meals in the yard out of grass, bark, and dirt, and of course serving them on the finest leaves! I cook more edible food now, I promise! I eat a low carb diet everday but Saturdays, and I love Ethnic food, good old comfort food, and of course a good dessert on the weekends! I’ve even been known to decorate a cake every now and then! So come along with me as I try to avoid the monotony of grilled chicken during the week, and as I splurge on my cheat day!

LOL Evil and Brooke. Its not all that big. I pulled it out today for something special. Stay tuned, btw. It's still a really cute cutter and I think its fun to have.
